Optimismo: Actitud ante la vida [Es/En]

Hola hermanas y hermano de esta maravillosa comunidad. Sin pensarlo dos veces me uno a la iniciativa del mes con el tema del OPTIMISMO. Antes de empezar a desarrollar mi post quiero comentarles que he leído con mucho agrado cada uno de los post. Pues sí, me ha llamado mucho la atención como cada miembro de la comunidad nos ha regalado su punto de vista sobre esta actitud ante la vida y me atrevo a decir que si, es una actitud antes la vida. Y es muy interesante además que tengamos este tema porque cada uno de nosotros lleva por dentro algo que lo impulsa seguir adelante.

Como casi siempre que tengo publicar en Hive sobre mis experiencias personales empiezo por como llegue a Hive. Pues la gran mayoría de esos argumentos los tienen en mi post de presentación claro está. En mi presentación le explico de alguna manera que en algún momento de la vida tuve momentos muy difíciles en los que tuve que abandonar mi trabajo para cuidar a mi padre que sufre del Alzheimer. Ahí alguien me recomendó esta maravillosa plataforma y aquí estoy con ustedes rodeado de personal súper gentiles y súper talentosas.

Hello sisters and brother of this wonderful community. Without thinking twice I join the initiative of the month with the theme of OPTIMISM. Before I begin to develop my post I want to tell you that I have read with great pleasure each of the posts. Yes, I have been very struck by how each member of the community has given us their point of view on this attitude towards life and I dare to say that yes, it is an attitude before life. And it is also very interesting that we have this topic because each one of us has something inside that drives us to move forward.

As almost every time I have to publish in Hive about my personal experiences I start with how I got to Hive. Well, most of these arguments can be found in my presentation post of course. In my presentation I explain in some way that at some point in my life I had very difficult moments when I had to quit my job to take care of my father who suffers from Alzheimer's disease. Then someone recommended me this wonderful platform and here I am with you surrounded by super kind and super talented people.

EL OPTIMISMO EN MI VIDA

Gracias a las experiencias de la vida en mi mediana edad he aprendido alfo que siempre encienda la llama de esta actitud hacia la vida, alguien quien que me enseñó mucho me dijo "El NO siempre esta seguro, porque no intentarlo". Pues si colegas el "no" que significa no intentarlo, siempre va a estar ahí asechando nuestros sueños y metas. Hermanos míos en la vida como todos sabemos no de color rosa como se dice por ahí, siempre habrá problemas que resolver e incluso que superar, pero quizás la solución este dentro de nosotros y me refiero que al afrontarlos podamos agarrar las riendas de los asuntos.

En mi caso he tenido que afrontar en primer lugar una enfermedad muy desgastante de mi padre, gracias a mi madre que me ha apoyado y muchas personas que han iluminado el camino, pero ese peso esta en mis hombros, pero es una gran responsabilidad afrontar esa enfermedad. Ya para sincerarme con ustedes gracias al optimismo y que hay dentro de mi sigo adelante, en primer lugar, al cuidar de mi padre que tanto hizo por mí, y en segundo lugar en salir adelante con mi emprendimiento que dicho sea de paso esta Hive por todas sus bondades. Existen días grises, pero ese optimismo implícito en mi impulsa a tener una vida evolutiva para conmigo. Casi siempre, y como mecanismo de defensa opté por ser mi propio psiquiatra, ¿y como podemos tener eso activado?, pues con una actitud optimista con una gran cantidad de amor propio. El optimismo, y la actitud que al vida no es vano mueve mis pasos.

Thanks to the experiences of life in my middle age I have learned to always light the flame of this attitude towards life, someone who taught me a lot told me "NO is always sure, why not try". Well yes colleagues the "no" which means not trying, will always be there lurking in our dreams and goals. My brothers in life as we all know it is not rosy as they say, there will always be problems to solve and even to overcome, but perhaps the solution is within us and I mean that when we face them we can take control of the issues.

In my case I have had to face in the first place, a very exhausting illness of my father, thanks to my mother who has supported me and many people who have illuminated the way, but that weight is on my shoulders, but it is a great responsibility to face that illness. Now to be honest with you, thanks to the optimism that is inside of me I keep going forward, firstly, to take care of my father who did so much for me, and secondly, to move forward with my business, which by the way is Hive for all its goodness. There are gray days, but that implicit optimism in me drives me to have an evolutionary life for me. Almost always, and as a defense mechanism I chose to be my own psychiatrist, and how can we have that activated, well, with an optimistic attitude with a great amount of self-love. Optimism, and the attitude that life is not in vain moves my steps.

CUBA
Vivo en un país donde la situación esta muy difícil, de hecho, no recuerdo ningún momento que halla estado bien. Y nosotros lo cubanos, en mi modesta opinión somo muy optimistas. Somo optimistas por que siempre tenemos una sonrisa en nuestros rostros viendo el lado positivo de las cosas, aunque sean malas. Y creo, y con mucha responsabilidad me atrevo a asegurarlo, siempre salimos adelante dentro o fuera de la isla. Nosotros los cubanos tenemos esa capacidad de afrontar los problemas de la manera más sencilla que hay siempre abogando en el mejoramiento humano. Así que siempre que veas un cubano verás una persona optimista.

I live in a country where the situation is very difficult, in fact, I don't remember a time when it has been good. And we Cubans, in my humble opinion, are very optimistic. We are optimistic because we always have a smile on our faces seeing the positive side of things, even if they are bad. And I believe, and with a lot of responsibility I dare to say it, we always get ahead inside or outside the island. We Cubans have the capacity to face problems in the simplest way possible, always advocating for human improvement. So whenever you see a Cuban you will always see an optimistic person.

NO SE SUBESTIMES A UNA PERSONA OPTIMISTA

Creo que es muy fácil identificar una persona optimista. Es una persona casi siempre hiperactiva y con muchas ganas de hacer. Esas personas son capaces de hacer ellos y de activar a otras personas. Creo que el optimismo es parte también del liderazgo. El optimismo también se puede trasmitir hacia las demás personas y es una las bondades de compartir cualquier experiencia con ella. La actitud por suerte. Siempre una persona optimista puede darnos una solución de donde otra persona quizás atormentada no pueda ver. Creo que lo mínimo que una persona optimista te pueda demostrar es sacar una buena enseñanza de alguna mala situación. Nadie nace teniendo una actitud positiva ante la vida, la vida y sus experiencias.

I think it is very easy to identify an optimistic person. It is a person who is almost always hyperactive and eager to do. Those people are capable of doing themselves and of activating other people. I think optimism is also part of leadership. Optimism can also be transmitted to other people and is one of the benefits of sharing any experience with them. Luckily, the attitude. An optimistic person can always give us a solution where another person, perhaps tormented, cannot see. I believe that the least an optimistic person can show you is to take a good lesson from a bad situation. Nobody is born with a positive attitude towards life, life and its experiences.

UN REGALO DE LA VIDA

La vida nos regala muchas cosas, y dentro de todo eso nos regocija con el don del optimismo, que es tan sencillo como dar luz a las situaciones a nosotros y lo mejor de todo es que también podemos ser optimista para otras personas. Darles esperanzas a nuestros padres y nuestros seres queridos. Es cierto no todos son optimistas, pero podemos serlo con una actitud positiva ante la vida creo que ahí esta la esencia de existir y marcar hito en la vida de las personas.

Life gives us many things, and within all that it rejoices us with the gift of optimism, which is as simple as giving light to situations to us and the best of all is that we can also be optimistic for other people. Giving hope to our parents and loved ones. It is true that not everyone is optimistic, but we can be optimistic with a positive attitude towards life. I believe that this is the essence of existing and marking a milestone in people's lives.
